Shipping, Returns, Discount Policy
Shipping
Currently, we ship to Canada, the United States, and South Africa. The manufacturing of our products takes place in the USA, and shipping rates are based from the USA.
Pricing
The base-price of our products is based on the US dollar, and all other currencies are converted from that. The currency exchange rate on our website is updated every 6 hours.
Currency
The currency of our products should automatically be shown to you in the currency of your geographical location. If for any reason the currency is not showing in the currency of your geographic location, you can change the currency shown on the website by toggling the currency button in the header or by changing the flag on each product page.
International Taxes and Duties
Shipping for international orders does not include fees, duty charges, taxes that are applicable to your own country’s policy. There may be charges by the carrier/country for customs/tax charges as this occurs with any international order for any company. The Doodlebug Club and it’s parent company Ahlula Enterprises is required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. Customers choosing to refuse an order or Return to Sender (RTS), or who submitted an incorrect shipping address with order will not receive a refund. Undeliverable orders are not returned to us; therefore, customers will NOT receive a refund, since we do not receive the merchandise back.
Orders & Cancellation
Our company does not keep products in stock and every item is manufactured on demand. Your order can be cancelled or edited as long as it hasn’t been sent to the production team yet. If you would like to cancel or edit your order, please try to do it as soon as possible. As our products are only created by our production team once they receive your order, it is not possible to cancel or edit an order once it has gone to production. If you cancel an order in time, you will be given a refund. There is NO guarantee that an order can be cancelled once your order has been submitted.
Delivery
Normal delivery is within 7 to 14 days, however, orders can be delayed for numerous reasons; the shipping company may have delays, and we have no control over the amount of time an order remains in customs.
Once you receive your Doodlebug product, you are the owner and are responsible for any subsequent damage, loss, or destruction after receipt from the delivery provider. So take care of your new Doodlebug products! We pray they are a blessing to your lives.
Exchange and refunds.
If there is a manufacturers defect or you have been sent the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and we will immediately start the refund/replacement process.
Please make sure to double check before completing your order, as we do not exchange/refund if you accidentally order the wrong item.
- Damaged items and manufacturers defects – If you open your package and discover that your order is damaged or defective, (1) take pictures that clearly demonstrate the issue, and then (2) contact our customer service at [email protected] within 48 hours of the time you received your package. In your email, be sure to attach clear photos of the packaging, invoice, and the damaged or defective products. Do NOT wait to report the incident. We have strict guidelines on quality, so this is rare. But if it does happen, we absolutely want to make it right.

Shipping errors
Oops, our bad. We try our best to get everything right, but mistakes can happen. Shipping errors include:
- Receiving the incorrect product(s).
- Receiving the incorrect number of products ordered.
- Shipping to an address that was not provided on the order.
Please inform us of any shipping error within 48 hours of the date you received your delivery to [email protected], and we will get you sorted out as soon as humanly possible.
Product variations
Due to different screen resolutions, the colors on your screen may not be an exact match to the actual product colors. However, we try our very best to make sure we represent our products on the website as accurately as possible.
From time to time products are updated and there may be small variations in small details of each product. There may be product images on the website that do not show the detail of every new variation of updated products. We try to make sure that the specific product page images reflect the product you will receive, however, minor variations may occur.
Custom Design Orders
Can we make customized designs for you? Maybe. It depends on a few variables, and would incur additional costs. Email us with your custom design request to [email protected]
Discount coupons, codes & Sales
If you have a coupon code, you can enter the coupon code when you go through the checkout process, at which point your discount will be applied to your purchase. However, if we are running a site-wide sale, discount codes won’t work with the sale discount already applied.
Unless otherwise stated, discount codes, coupons, and sales have expiry dates.
